Request permanent deletion of your MyPlanni account and the personal data associated with it. You can submit this request from the web even if you no longer have the app installed.
We will delete the MyPlanni account and associated user-created data held by MyPlanni, including planning data such as tasks, habits, journal entries, vision-board items, prayer entries and related account preferences, subject to any limited retention that is legally required.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by an app store or payment provider. Cancel the subscription with that provider as well. Transaction, security, fraud-prevention, tax or accounting records may be retained when required by law or legitimate compliance obligations.
